Singapore Establishes New Research Hub for AI and Advanced Computing

Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research, known as ASTAR, officially launched a new research institute on July 1st dedicated to artificial intelligence and advanced computing . The newly formed ASTAR Institute of Advanced Intelligence and Computing is designed to bring together the agency's various capabilities in areas like AI, data science, quantum technologies, and high-performance computing under one roof .
